October 13 will be the first presentation of Lucio Salvatore 2009 Artworks. The artist will privately receive friends, collectors and curators as if he would be opening his studio doors for the first time after a season of production.
Salvatore chooses New York to start the series of presentations that will bring his works around Europe and South America.

The New York Academy of Art presents its Annual Art Auction Benefit, Take Home a Nude. The event will honor artist John Currin, and will feature cocktails, music, dinner, and both a silent and live auction at Sotheby’s New York of drawings, paintings, photographs, and sculptures by both emerging and leading contemporary artists, including Ross Bleckner, Eric Fischl, Jeff Koons, James Nares, Jenny Saville, Kenny Scharf and Lucio Salvatore.
